March 16, 2023, the Kingwood Women’s Club presented FOLK a check for a $1,200 grant at their annual Joy of Giving reception. The grant will purchase Read-Along books for the Children’s library at the Kingwood Branch Library.
Presenting the check is Diana Hertzenberg Vice President, Philanthropy for the Kingwood Women’s Club. Accepting the check is Karen Buchler, President FOLK and Ryan Fennell, Kingwood Library Director.
